SENIOR DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Dept/Division : Environment and Sustainability
Location : BPI Head Office
Description of the Job :
The position directly reports to the Environment and Sustainability Director. Specifically the jobholder will perform the following tasks:
- Consolidate research and data that would support the Green Resource for Environmental Education and Networking Program (GREEN) and its advocacy in waste management, air pollution mitigation, water conservation and energy efficiency
- Develop case studies that would be used as tools to drive awareness and learning across the Ayala Group of Companies as well as externally
- Promote green entrepreneurship and industry
- Develop, test and market ideas that promote green entrepreneurship
- Develop concepts that would parlay environmental education and awareness to the youth and next generation of consumers through the use of existing channels (education network, Ayala Young Leaders Congress) as well as develop new channels such as environmental camps and university activities
- Provide support to the activities and functions of the Environment and Sustainability group
- Has experience working in corporate responsibility, economic development, or NGO/non-profit field
- Strong project management experience who can handle multiple projects at any given time preferred
- Self-starter who has a passion for ethics, community and environmental issues
- Needs minimal supervision
- Should be kept abreast on current issues and trends regarding the environment and its impact on national economic development and the community
- Possesses progressive thought, new ideas and visioning
- Possesses a professional demeanor and can represent the Foundation at functions and events

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE / COMMUNITY ORGANIZER
Dept/Division : Community Development – Mangyan Project
Location : Puerto Galera, Mindoro
Description of the Job :
The position directly reports to the Senior Development Specialist of Community Development. Specifically the jobholder will perform the following tasks:
- Organize and mobilize Mangyans for feeding, education, health, housing, and livelihood initiatives
- Network with other stakeholders in Puerto Galera, Mindoro for potential partnership in project implementation
- Assist the Senior Development Specialist in all administrative and logistical requirements of the project
- Coordinate with beneficiaries, partners/donors and other stakeholders
- Gather reports from partner recipients on a regular basis
- Prepare accomplishment and documentation reports of the project
- Maintain and update all databases, mailing lists and contacts
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
- Resident of Batangas / Mindoro
- Graduate of Social Sciences, Development Studies and related courses with at least one year experience in related field
- Knowledgeable in database management, networking and partnership building
- Knowledgeable in office work
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
MASTER TEACHER
Dept/Division : Center of Excellence in Public Elementary Education

Description of the Job :
The job holder directly reports to the Director of the CENTEX and is tasked to:
- Mentor teachers in CENTEX schools
- Manage teacher's resources and materials donated by Ayala Foundation Inc. to both schools
- Liaison between CENTEX Project Management Office (PMO) and individual schools
- Coordinate with the principal on teacher assignment and teacher observation and evaluation
- Handle duties related to CENTEX PMO activities
- Graduate of Education, major in Elementary Education
- With excellent communication skills
- With excellent interpersonal skills
- Has at least 5 years experience in elementary classroom instruction
- Has knowledge in strategies and techniques of instruction and management in the elementary school classroom
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
PSYCHOLOGIST / GUIDANCE COUNSELOR
Dept/Division : Center of Excellence in Public Elementary Education
(CENTEX)
Location : BPI Head Office and CENTEX Schools in Batangas
and Manila
Description of the Job :
The job holder directly reports to the Director of the CENTEX and is tasked to:
- Teach Self Esteem classes to at least 3 grade levels (9 classes) and supervise the Self Esteem Program in Manila and Batangas
- Consult with students, teachers and parents for special cases
- Evaluate and assess the skills, aptitude and learning environment of the students
- Design and implement programs to prevent at risk children from failing
- Evaluate the effectiveness of CENTEX guidance programs
- Develop and review existing testing programs of CENTEX for selecting new students
- Develop modules and train CENTEX teachers for guidance-related activities
- Holder of master's degree in Psychology
- With excellent communication skills
- With excellent interpersonal skills
- With at least 2 years of experience in psychological assessment, counseling and therapy
- Has experience in designing and implementing learning modules
- Has experience in classroom instructions
- Has experience in guidance-related research
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
MUSEUM SERVICES ASSOCIATE – AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT
Dept/Division : Audience Development / Ayala Museum
Location : Ayala Museum
Description of the Job :
The position directly reports to the Manager for Audience Development and will perform the following tasks:
- Perform admission counter duties, including providing guests with information regarding admission rates, booked tours, memberships exhibits, workshops, etc. and addressing their concerns / queries
- Facilitate tours and guide Museum visitors
- Research on Museum collections and exhibitions
- Keep track of the tours schedule (for booking and museum-related events)
- Assist in museum functions such as workshops, curatorial talks, exhibit openings, events, educational programs and marketing
Selection Criteria :
- Graduate of Tourism, History, Humanities, Art Studies or Marketing
- With strong interest in Philippine history and culture and the arts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- With good people skills, proactive, patient, organized, flexible, team player and hard working
- Knowldegable in Microsoft applications
