Ayala Foundation’s 2006 annual report won a Gold Award at the Wilmer Shields Rich Awards Program for Excellence in Communications 2007. The environment-themed annual report took the top honor in the annual or biennial reports category for corporate foundations and giving programs that offer grants of less than $2.5 million per year.
The Wilmer Shield Rich Awards are conferred by the U.S.-based Council on Foundations to recognize and encourage the communications excellence of foundations and corporate giving programs. The awards program highlights communications that are comprehensive, integrated, targeted, and well-timed. These must effectively explain strategies and techniques so as to inform the work of other grant makers. The award honorees will be recognized at the Council on Foundations’s 58th Annual Conference that will be held on April 30 in Seattle, U.S.A.
