TERMS OF USE
RSS, which stands for really simple syndication or rich site syndication, is a means by which by which ayalafoundation.org is able to feed headlines to visitors or users who have RSS aggregators installed in their desktop. The stories will be sent in XML format.

These Terms of Use should serve as guidelines to recipients of the RSS service. The use of the RSS service also is subject to the terms and conditions of the AFI Interactive Service Agreement, which governs the use of AFI's websites, information services and content. These Terms of Use and the AFI Interactive Service Agreement may be changed by AFI at any time without notice.

Use of RSS Feeds:
RSS is a free service offered by AFI for noncommercial use. Incorporation of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the RSS Content, are strictly prohibited. RSS feeds provided by AFI, including other related links may not be edited or modified. For web posting, reprint, transcript or licensing requests for AFI material, please send your request to webmaster@ayalafoundation.org

Link to Content Pages:
The RSS service may be used only with those platforms from which a functional link is available. When these links are already in place and accessed, they take the viewer directly to the display of the full article on the AFI Site. Users may not display the RSS Content in a manner that does not permit successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the applicable AFI Site web page. Users may also not insert any intermediate page, splash page or other content between the RSS link and the applicable AFI Site web page.

Ownership/Attribution:
AFI retains all ownership and other rights in the RSS Content, and any and all AFI logos and trademarks used in connection with the RSS Service. Should such content be permitted to by AFI to be republished elsewhere, RSS Service recipients must acknowledge or provide proper attribution to the corresponding AFI or AFI division. If such attribution should be used with a graphic, the appropriate AFI website's logo incorporated into the RSS feed must be used.

Right to Discontinue Feeds:
AFI reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the RSS feeds at any time. Users will be required to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason including, without limitation, violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. AFI assumes no liability for any of the RSS Service recipients’ activities connected to the RSS feeds or the use of the RSS feeds in connection with all other non-AFI websites.
